Netflix Bites has officially arrived in Las Vegas, bringing an immersive dining experience to MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. This limited-time pop-up restaurant offers fans the chance to indulge in dishes and drinks inspired by Netflix’s biggest hits, from Bridgerton to Stranger Things, Squid Game, and more. The venue is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offering a unique blend of entertainment and gastronomy for a one-year residency.
A Culinary Tribute to Netflix’s Top Shows
The menu at Netflix Bites is a love letter to pop culture, with dishes designed to transport diners into their favorite on-screen moments. Among the standout items:
- The Grand Line Showboat – A One Piece-inspired sushi platter featuring nori rolls, spicy tuna, cured carrots, and pickled ginger.
- Dalgona Rum Buzz – A Squid Game-themed cocktail blending Bacardi rums, Frangelico, honey, oat milk, and coffee foam, topped with the infamous dalgona candy.
- The Mind Flayer – A Stranger Things-inspired bourbon drink with blackberries, St. Germain, ginger syrup, and a cotton candy lightning cloud.
- Bridgerton Regency Tea – A lavish afternoon tea experience evoking the grandeur of Regency-era London.
- The Dessert is Lava – A chocolate molten cake inspired by Floor is Lava, where diners can pit gummy contestants against each other.
- Red Bite, Green Bite – A Squid Game challenge featuring fried chicken and dipping sauces, determined by a spin of the wheel.
A Star-Studded Opening Event
Netflix Bites kicked off with a VIP preview event, attended by Cara Buono (Stranger Things), WWE star Tiffany Stratton, Alexa and Brennon Lemieux (Love is Blind), and celebrity chef David Chang. Guests were treated to a first taste of the menu while iconic Netflix characters like the Squid Game Guards and Thing from Wednesday made special appearances.

Josh Simon, Netflix’s Vice President of Consumer Products, emphasized the goal: “Netflix Bites is a new way for fans to live their favorite shows. There’s no city better than Las Vegas to bring these stories to life.”
MGM’s Vice President of Food & Beverage, James McBride, added, “From Bridgerton’s tea service to Squid Game’s Red Bite, Green Bite challenge, every dish is designed to immerse guests in Netflix’s worlds. This is more than just a meal—it’s an experience.”
