A New Chapter for Nobu in Amsterdam
Nobu Hospitality, the internationally recognized luxury hotel and dining brand, is debuting in the Netherlands with Nobu Residences Park Meadows Amsterdam and Nobu Restaurant Amsterdam. This new development, created in partnership with Dutch real estate firm Breevast, will bring Nobu’s signature style to the elegant Oud-Zuid district, one of Amsterdam’s most sought-after neighborhoods.
Luxury Living at Nobu Residences
The Nobu Residences Park Meadows Amsterdam will offer a combination of private residences for purchase and serviced luxury residences for extended stays. The development aims to blend residential comfort with the exceptional hospitality for which Nobu is known. Residents will have access to a state-of-the-art wellness center, in-residence dining, and an experienced team to provide curated access to the city’s cultural and culinary offerings.
A Culinary Destination with Nobu Restaurant
Adding to the city’s vibrant dining scene, Nobu Restaurant Amsterdam will bring the brand’s signature Japanese-Peruvian cuisine to its new home. Set against the backdrop of Beatrixpark, the restaurant and lounge bar will welcome both locals and international visitors, offering an elevated dining experience.
Prime Location in the Heart of Amsterdam
Located near world-famous museums, luxury boutiques, and the financial Zuidas district, the development is expected to attract those seeking a seamless blend of urban convenience and refined living. Nobu’s signature Japanese minimalism will be reflected throughout the residences and restaurant, creating a tranquil retreat within the city.
A Vision for the Future
“We are honored that a prestigious global brand like Nobu will partner with Breevast,” said Henk Brouwer, CEO of Breevast. “Nobu Residences is not only a tremendous asset for Amsterdam, but it will also be the first branded residence in the Netherlands. Nobu's choice for our location at the edge of the Beatrixpark in Amsterdam-Zuid confirms that our plans and designs for this project are of absolute quality.”
Trevor Horwell, CEO of Nobu Hospitality, highlighted Amsterdam’s appeal as a European hub for the brand. “Amsterdam is a dynamic European location for Nobu, with its vibrant culinary scene, cultural landscape, and understated approach to luxury. We are delighted to be partnering with Breevast to bring Nobu Restaurant and Residences Park Meadows Amsterdam to life, marking our first Nobu project in the Netherlands.”
A Partnership for Success
The project also received support from RCP Finance. Managing Director Christopher Khoi stated, “RCP Finance was thrilled to collaborate with Breevast in securing Nobu Hospitality as their brand partner; this project is set to be a tremendous success in Amsterdam.”
By selecting Amsterdam as its latest destination, Nobu Hospitality continues its tradition of merging contemporary luxury with local authenticity, offering travelers and residents an unparalleled experience in one of Europe’s most sought-after cities.
