Cleveland, OH — September 17th 2025 — Flexjet has taken another decisive step into the future of private aviation, unveiling the Gulfstream G700 as the newest and most advanced addition to its fleet. The move positions Flexjet as the exclusive fractional provider of Gulfstream’s flagship ultra-long-range jet, expanding access to an aircraft that until now was defined by long waitlists and limited availability.

With three G700s already operating in its fleet, Flexjet offers immediate entry to what is being hailed as a new standard in both performance and passenger experience. For an industry often focused on speed and convenience, the G700 adds something more elusive: a redefinition of what true luxury in the sky means.

A Leap Forward in Performance

At its core, the G700 is an engineering statement. It is the fastest aircraft in Flexjet’s fleet and the fastest Gulfstream has ever produced, capable of long-range missions up to 7,750 nautical miles at Mach 0.85, or 6,400 nautical miles at Mach 0.90. That means nonstop city pairs such as Los Angeles–Sydney or New York–Dubai become part of Flexjet’s operating reality.

The jet’s Rolls-Royce Pearl 700 engines and innovative wing design bring smoother, quieter, and more fuel-efficient flight. With endurance extending up to 16 hours under augmented crew rotations, the G700 is built to conquer oceans and continents in one seamless journey.

Luxury Beyond “Premium”

The real story, however, isn’t just technical capability. For Flexjet, the G700 represents a brand philosophy. Chairman Kenn Ricci captured it succinctly during the unveiling:

“I think private flying today delivers a premium service but premium is not luxury, and to be uniquely in the luxury space is what I aspire to have Flexjet be.”

Flexjet has always sought to differentiate itself from other operators through service and design. With the G700, that vision crystallizes. Every aircraft in the program comes with interiors from the LXi Cabin Collection, curated like high-end residences rather than standardized aircraft layouts. Dedicated Red Label Crews, trained at the company’s Red Label Academy in London, are paired to each tail number, ensuring passengers see familiar faces and finely tuned service every time they fly.

A Cabin That Redefines the Journey

Inside the G700, the philosophy of “more than premium” becomes tangible. The cabin is the tallest, widest, and longest in its class, offering up to 15 passenger seats plus a dedicated cabin server. Configurations include:

  • Private stateroom with queen-length bed

  • Convertible divans and fully reclining lie-flat seating

  • Four distinct cabin zones, designed to transition smoothly between work, dining, relaxation, and rest

  • Espresso machine, quartz countertops, freezer, refrigerator, and full galley

  • HD external camera system, four-zone entertainment audio, and private entertainment space

The aircraft replenishes 100% of cabin air every two to three minutes, maintains a cabin altitude of just 2,840 feet while cruising at 41,000 feet, and features an ultra-high-definition circadian lighting system engineered to mimic natural sunrise and sunset cycles. The combined effect: passengers arrive refreshed, acclimated, and ready, even after the longest hauls.

Expanding the Flexjet Fleet

The addition of the G700 marks a milestone in Flexjet’s growth. By the end of 2025, Flexjet’s fleet is expected to include more than 340 ultramodern private aircraft, with over 60 large-cabin jets capable of intercontinental range. The G700 now joins a stable that already features Gulfstream G450s, G650s, and G500s.

This launch also follows an $800 million equity investment led by L Catterton, part of the luxury group LVMH, underscoring investor confidence in Flexjet’s strategy of pairing advanced aircraft with a curated luxury brand experience.

The Future of Luxury in Private Aviation

For the broader market, the arrival of the G700 signals more than a new aircraft it represents a shift in expectations. Clients increasingly demand not only range and speed, but also wellness, personalization, and lifestyle integration at altitude. Flexjet is betting that this distinction moving beyond “premium” into true luxury will define the next era of private aviation.

With the G700, Flexjet isn’t just offering access to a $96 million aircraft. It’s offering a reimagined way of experiencing flight, where every detail from circadian lighting to Waterford crystal is designed to transform travel into something restorative, indulgent, and personal.
