Celebration, Fla., Disney Cruise Line adds California and Texas departures for its newly unveiled 2026–27 season, creating more West Coast and Gulf Coast options for families.

CELEBRATION, Fla. — Disney Cruise Line will widen its U.S. footprint by offering a greater number of sailings out of California and Texas during the newly announced Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 season, according to a press release by Disney Cruise Line. For travelers who have long wished to board a Disney ship without flying to Florida, the expansion is welcome news.

Southwest to launch seasonal nonstop PSP-Austin flights

Palm Springs, California adds new seasonal nonstop flights to Austin, giving travelers more weekend options between Coachella Valley and Texas Hill Country.

Seasonal nonstop weekend flights set for spring 2026, Palm Springs International Airport confirmed that Southwest will launch twice-weekly nonstop service to Austin–Bergstrom International Airport. The flights are scheduled to run every Saturday and Sunday from 5 March through 6 April 2026, tapping into peak spring-break demand as well as early festival season in both cities.
