As I  arrived in Mexico’s Quintana Roo region I felt a familiar traveler’s thrill—the anticipation of new flavors, cultural encounters, and sun-soaked adventures. My plan was to hop between three Sandos resorts, each promising a distinct experience along the shimmering Caribbean coastline.
