AIC Hotel Group's Unico Hotel Collection will expand its luxury presence in Mexico with the opening of Unico 20°105° Hotel Vallarta on September 1. The new adults-only, all-inclusive resort will be located in Riviera Nayarit, marking the brand’s second property following the successful debut of its Riviera Maya location in 2017.
Designed to deliver an upscale and culturally immersive experience, the hotel will feature 141 guestrooms and a curated selection of dining options. Guests can look forward to specialty restaurants including Agua Madre, which draws on Mexican culinary traditions; Lia, an Italian fine dining concept; and Kobo, a Japanese-inspired eatery.
The property will also include signature amenities familiar to Unico guests, such as the Esencia Wellness Spa and personalized services through the brand’s Local Hosts concierge program, aimed at providing bespoke travel experiences.
The launch of the Vallarta location is part of a broader expansion strategy for Unico Hotel Collection, which also has plans underway for a third resort: Unico 18°77° Montego Bay in Jamaica.
